To be considered for posts at any level, you will be a person who understands the value of high quality residential work. You will be committed to a therapeutic approach to the care and rehabilitation of vulnerable young people and you will view the task of delivering residential care as a professional and important one.
We welcome applicants who have experience in any or all of the following areas:
- working with challenging behaviour
- autism
- youth justice
- mental health
- therapeutic services for young people
- education and outdoor education
